AQVA is based in two marinas, each with its own character:

Marina Sant’Elena, close to the heart of Venice, and

Marina Fiorita, surrounded by the natural beauty of the lagoon.

AQVA welcomes up to 6 guests in total exclusivity—no neighbors, no crowds, just you and Venice.

WHO WE ARE

We are Marta and Bruno, a couple from Verona driven by a passion for beauty, silence, and attention to detail.
After years in the world of fashion, design and beauty, we decided to create AQVA: a place that reflects our idea of a real, authentic, private and no-frills life.

AQVA was born from the desire to experience the lagoon in a different, unique way, outside of traditional schemes: a glass cube suspended over the water, where time slows down, privacy is complete, and every detail is designed to delight the senses.
Here you can enjoy the light, the calm, and the reflections of the lagoon, without ever having to leave the loft.
