AQVA's gastronomic offerings are curated by the renowned Da Guido Restaurant in Jesolo, an institution with over 50 years of history. This service is reserved exclusively for guests staying overnight on board or choosing AQVA for private experiences. Upon request, we can provide a complete menu, including a refined fish or vegetarian option, designed to satisfy even the most discerning palates. The fish, always fresh and high-quality, comes from the Northern Adriatic, while the vegetables come from the island of Sant'Erasmo, a symbol of agricultural excellence. The gastronomic service can be added directly to your overnight booking or requested separately for private events. The cost varies based on the number of guests; wines are not included, but will be selected along with the menu to complete a unique and refined culinary experience on board. Immersed in the suggestive Mazzorbo, an island which together with Torcello and Burano represents the Native Venice,
Venissa is a perfect example of a walled vineyard, whose ancient manor house was renovated in pursuit of the Bisol family's visionary dream of reviving Dorona, the golden grape of the Venetian Doges, which had almost disappeared.
The walled vineyard provides the perfect backdrop for the Venissa Restaurant, where Chefs Chiara Pavan and Francesco Brutto craft an eco-friendly cuisine showcasing local produce and ingredients.
With AQVA, you reach the island of Mazzorbo and then continue with a tour of the estate, wine tasting and food in an inn or restaurant.
This route is available for guests staying at the hotel or those who want a private experience.

We are Marta and Bruno, a couple from Verona driven by a passion for beauty, silence, and attention to detail.
After years in the world of fashion, design and beauty, we decided to create AQVA: a place that reflects our idea of a real, authentic, private and no-frills life.
AQVA was born from the desire to experience the lagoon in a different, unique way, outside of traditional schemes: a glass cube suspended over the water, where time slows down, privacy is complete, and every detail is designed to delight the senses.
Here you can enjoy the light, the calm, and the reflections of the lagoon, without ever having to leave the loft.
AQVA is not a hotel, it is not a boat: it is an experience suspended between sky and water, designed for those seeking something extraordinary, intimate and authentic.
