Service Description
Nestled in the picturesque Mazzorbo, an island that, along with Torcello and Burano, represents Native Venice, Venissa is a perfect example of a walled vineyard. Its ancient manor house was renovated in pursuit of the Bisol family's visionary dream of reviving the Dorona, the golden grape of the Venetian Doges, which had almost disappeared. The walled vineyard provides the perfect backdrop for the Venissa Restaurant, where Chefs Chiara Pavan and Francesco Brutto craft an eco-friendly cuisine based on the valorization of plants and local ingredients. With AQVA, you can reach the island of Mazzorbo and then continue with a tour of the estate, wine tasting, and food at the osteria or restaurant.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date will not be refunded, except in exceptional circumstances determined directly by management. If you need to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible: we will do our best to accommodate your needs, subject to boat availability.
