Its ancient manor house was renovated in pursuit of the Bisol family's visionary dream of reviving the Dorona, the golden grape of the Venetian Doges, which had almost disappeared. The walled vineyard provides the perfect backdrop for the Venissa Restaurant, where Chefs Chiara Pavan and Francesco Brutto craft an eco-friendly cuisine based on the valorization of plants and local ingredients.
