The gastronomic offering is curated by the renowned cuisine of the Da Guido Restaurant in Jesolo, an institution with over 50 years of history. This service is reserved for AQVA guests who stay overnight or rent AQVA for private experiences. You can choose between a refined fish or vegetarian menu, designed to satisfy the most discerning palates. The fresh, high-quality fish comes from the Northern Adriatic, while the vegetables come from the island of Sant'Erasmo, synonymous with agricultural excellence. A unique culinary experience that brings the elegance and quality of the Da Guido Restaurant on board. Price may vary based on the number of guests. Wine not included. Will be selected once the menu is decided.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date will not be refunded, except in exceptional circumstances determined directly by management. If you need to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible: we will do our best to accommodate your needs, subject to boat availability.
