Service Description
Our private cooking class, exclusive to those booking the venue for overnight stays or events, led by a Venetian Italian chef, will lead you on a discovery of the secrets of the local gastronomic tradition, between the sea and the garden, with dishes you can prepare yourself and enjoy immediately in an intimate and refined setting. The class is designed for a maximum of 8 people, ensuring a personalized and interactive experience: each participant will have their own workstation, the space to follow the chef's instructions step by step, and the pleasure of cooking like a true Venetian. The Sea In this part of the cooking class, we'll explore the flavors of the sea. You'll learn how to prepare creamed cod, discovering how to treat the stockfish and create a gourmet crouton with the freshly made creamed cod. We'll continue with potato gnocchi with scampi sauce "alla buzera," carefully observing the chef's techniques to achieve the perfect consistency and authentic traditional flavor. To conclude, each participant will create their own tiramisu, Venice's iconic dessert, to be enjoyed at the end of the cruise along with the other dishes. The Vegetable Garden This session is dedicated to the flavors of the land. You will learn the classic Venetian marinade, "saor," applied to the prized late-season radicchio of Treviso, and discover how to enhance seasonal vegetables to prepare a vegetable ragù accompanied by a Parmesan cream. Each participant will follow the chef's instructions step by step, learning how to cut and measure the ingredients with precision. The class concludes with the preparation of a berry tiramisu, customized to each participant's taste. Throughout the class, private navigation through the Venetian canals will enhance the experience even more: the gentle movement of the water, the unique panorama, and total privacy help transform the cooking class into a moment of authentic and unforgettable pleasure. At the end, you will enjoy everything you've cooked together, accompanied by select wines and the exclusive atmosphere of AQVA. It's a perfect experience for those who want to learn, have fun, and experience Venice in a unique way, away from the conventional tourist routes. Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date will not be refunded, except in exceptional circumstances determined directly by management.
