We offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy a special culinary experience thanks to our collaboration with the Alajmo restaurant group. Upon request, the Alajmo team will join you on board to to recreate the same food and atmosphere you find in their restaurants. You can choose between two different tasting menus, one with three and the other with five courses. Both options feature contemporary interpretations of traditional Venetian and Italian dishes made with ingredients sourced directly from the Venetian lagoon.


The Alajmo group has been recognized, for over four generations, for its excellence in the gastronomic world. Le Calandre restaurant is the headquarters of the group, which is currently made up of of fourteen restaurants located between Padua, Venice, H-FARM in Treviso, Cortina, Paris and Marrakech. Located in Sarmeola di Rubano (PD), Le Calandre was awarded three Michelin stars in 2002, making Massimiliano Alajmo the youngest chef in the world to have obtained this recognition. His cuisine is based on the principles of lightness, depth of flavours, fluidity and respect for the ingredients. The group has been present in Venice since 2010 when they took over Quadri restaurant (1 Michelin star), the Quadrino bistrot and the Grancaffè Quadri, later opening AMO, located inside the T Fondaco dei Tedeschi building at the base of the Rialto bridge.
